Dynamic Self-Defence
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dynamic Self Defence is a martial art derived from Choi Kwang-Do, created in the UK by Gideon Hajioff in 1998 who was at the time, head of C.K.D. in Britain.
There are no sporting applications to our moves, as every strike follows through its intended target for maximum destruction and power. We learn to deal with real life scenarios, and all our moves and strikes are designed to stop real street attacks.
