[edit] Thanks

Thank you for the support on TalkYamla. However, due to the accusation of sock puppetry, I would appreciate it if you didn't argue on my behalf. I appreciate it but all it will do is give more support to Chadbryant's baseless claim. Please don't take it personally. Thanks again. CraigMonroe 05:35, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

Sorry. I didn't mean to place this on your user page. CraigMonroe 14:17, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your edit to SkyTrain (Vancouver)

Recently, you deleted a statement ("morbid") from this article regarding the fact that the train system has not yet derail or trains colliding into one another. You said that the news article from the Toronto Star was "improper". However, if you take a closer look at it:

“
The TTC's Scarborough Rapid Transit uses it on its smaller, mostly ground-level trains. Vancouver's SkyTrain has been running without drivers, a derailment or collision since 1986, a spokesperson said.

”

The Toronto sun is a major newspaper in Canada's largest city, Toronto. This satisfies Wikipedia's standards on creditable sources. Is there anything I am unaware of?

As far a morbid is concerned, a good article reviewer asked if any accidents on the trains have occurred. -- Selmo (talk) 20:36, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re:

Yes, I'm using IE. I see a huge white space. Maybe if we tried placing it in a different spot in the article. -- Mikedk9109  (talk)  04:57, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Andre edit

Thank you for reverting to the more correct version on the Andre page (back surgeries and posture problems). This is not Halbared's article and I'm discussing this very issue on Halbared's page, feel free to contribute.

[edit] Quit

Stop vandalizing my talk page with your unwarranted "warnings". Stop reverting articles you clearly have no interest or knowledge about simply because you saw them in my contrib history - this includes Vinny Appice & Cozy Powell (which you keep reverting to a version that includes them in multiple categories for Black Sabbath) and your soundly-refuted AFD request on Rollen Stewart. You and your markish friends got your way and drove me away from wanting to clean up wrestling articles that have been infested with fancruft nonsense - do yourself a favor and leave the rest of my contributions alone, unless you actually have something constructive to add. - Chadbryant 21:47, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

I see his warnings as justified and your comment of "markish" could be construed as a personal attack. Please try to abide by WP:CIVIL and play nice with others, thanks. --Inara Junkie 06:28, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

The revert in question was to remove the Imageshack link, but Shadowbot is programmed to revert all edits by that user, but I think I'm going to change that behavior. Thanks for telling me about it. Shadow1 (talk) 13:31, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flashdance

I added the YouTube version of the Flashbeer commercial for technical reasons. The official version at [1] requires the installation of the Vividas streaming player, which the security settings on some computers (particularly in libraries or internet cafes) may reject. The YouTube version uses Flash player which is already on most computers. Rather than get into a stale edit war on this, I would ask if it would be OK to include the link to the YouTube version as a mirror.--Ianmacm 21:11, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

I would not normally post links to YouTube if it contained copyrighted material, but at least Carlton Draught gets a free plug when someone watches the commercial online. It also took me several attempts to get the Vividas streaming player installed and working properly before I could watch the official online version.--Ianmacm 09:42, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Newington College

The revised, updated and edited content of the article you are referring to is more than appropriate and should stay until someone other than you has time to evaluate it. Your behaviour is as rude and bullying as ever. Please learn some manners. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by earja (talkcontribs).

[edit] Newington College

Do you dispute that a facilitator has been appointed and the College community advised of this? If not then this should be added to this article. Do you not see that this article has become overly long and convoluted. Can you suggest a way around this Wikipedia dispute? Maybe a facilitator might be called for! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Earja (talkcontribs).

Where is your source that says a facilitator has been appointed? DXRAW 10:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

The Chairman's letter - would you like me to send you a copy? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Earja (talkcontribs).

Have you read this WP:VERIFY? DXRAW 10:23, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

As the Chairman's letter has not been published in a newspaper or on the College website I would appreciate your suggestions on how to report this on Wikipedia. I am quite sure you know of its existence as you are obviously very closely aligned to this dispute in some way. If you don't help with this matter it will be typical of your attitude to this article over a long period. You continue to only report what suits you. Please let someone else write this as a short and neutral article and move on to something else. You are doing yourself, this dispute, Newington and Wikipedia a disservice.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Earja (talkcontribs).

As you have no interest in presenting the full and current situation in this dispute it is not possible to assume good faith where you are concerned. The Chairman's letter is in the public domain and I am sure you could suggest a way to verify it if you in fact were acting in good faith. Please try harder.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Earja (talkcontribs).

I'm not the one removing cited information from the article. As for the chairmans letter WP:VERIFY says "The obligation to provide a reliable source lies with the editors wishing to include the material, not on those seeking to remove it." Also you might want to read WP:RS DXRAW 11:21, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
