[edit] Heyaaa!

I wanted to thank you, for helping prove that Halbared was wrong in accusing me of sockpuppetry, as it was obvious neither of us were sockpuppets. We dont even have the same IP, and i have never met you.

However... If i do ever meet you, would you really buy me a beer?

=P Hehehe. I luuuv beer, lol.

Well once again thank you, buddy. Want to be friendzzz? Maybe? Just cuz ya seem cool. =)

Bye! --Cookie 08:49, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Sweet. If i ever meet you... I'll take a page out of Snitsky's book and give you a foot massage, ok? Lol!! Or something else funny. =) So how you doing? --Cookie 23:35, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vested Interest

[edit] My talk page

Stop being a pain. If you're going to bring this up again; tell me what I'm supposed to have done. CelebHeights 18:44, 19 September 2006 (UTC)

It seems to me that you are acting in an uncivil manner. Please remain civil and don't resort to making personal attacks or instigate edit wars. CelebHeights 10:53, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
The above comment was made in jest of warnings on the userstalk page. DXRAW 00:00, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
  • I similarly reinstated the warnings left on User:CelebHeights's talk page that had been placed there by User:DXRAW.[1] --Golden Wattle talk 00:18, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
I'm afraid it wasn't made in jest. As you won't let it lie, please give me the diffs to which the 4 templates you placed on my page refer. As you only answered my request at the third time of asking, 2 weeks after placing the original templates, we can safely assume that the removing of said warnings isn't actually a valid reason. Thankyou. CelebHeights 14:03, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vested Interest

Maybe those with vested interests should take their battle to the streets and leave it out of Wikipedia. If DXRAW wishes to see the Headmaster of Newington College impeached maybe DXRAW should remove the mask so all can see who is behind this campaign - maybe a wrestler at heart. Or maybe DXRAW could just stop playing dirty and get back to work because we are all sick and tirwed of your childish antics. [edit] Wrestler stats

Please do not deliberately add incorrect information to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. 211.199.111.223 12:23, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

Heights were changed per WP:RS & per the pro wrestling project guidelines. DXRAW 12:44, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
Nowhere on the pro wrestling project guidelines does it say about we must use kayfabe stats. In fact, it seems to be under a large amount of dispute. As it's clear that neither The Rock, nor Kane, is that tall or that heavy, and it makes much more sense to go with realistic stats. Look at the Rock's talk page [2], somebody posted a link which has worked out that he's not 6'5. That's the source I shall be using. 211.199.111.223 13:15, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
The above mentioed source is not a reliable source. DXRAW 20:17, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

It wasn't a site pushed by me but if you look at the details put forward by user User:Luke Edhouse there is a Undertaker site he advocates, and the other users agreed on it at the time. I also think he cleared up some issues on dob and the spelling of the name too.Halbared 09:30, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] You know it, i know it...

That CelebHeights seems like Halbared. I bet they are SOCKPUPPETS. >=( They seem to be attacking you. Ring a bell? Halbared must be back... Lol!!--Cookie 21:27, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sockpuppetry? (not you, DXRAW)

I agree. I wholeheartedly believe Halbared and CelebHeights may be sockpuppets. It seems likely, as they are doing the same exact thing to pages: changing the heights for seemingly unnecessary reasons. Let's wait, and if they seem to be sockpuppets, let's start a case about it. --Cookie 00:59, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Height lists

How about you stop deleting celebheights.com from the external links section? It's neither unreliable or advertising, and it's obvious from your talk and history that you're only deleting it because you have some sort of vendetta aganst it. Leave it alone; if you continue, it could be construed as vandalism. Thankyou. HamishMacBeth 12:45, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

celebheights.com has been proven on many discussion pages as unreliable, Please read This Thank You. DXRAW 12:52, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Transcripts of interviews from reliable publications or quotes of the person in contention are valid primary sources of information; the website contains both of these and more and so is clearly not unreliable. As for the discussions in which you claim it was proved so, all I see is you trying to discredit it, re: the aforementioned vendetta. HamishMacBeth 13:47, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
If you look at our guideline on reliable sources, it says that Wikipedia is not a reliable site because 1) anyone can edit it and 2) we don't have pre-publication fact-checking mechanisms. The same is true of celebhieghts, so it is also not a reliable source, and shouldn't be used to support anything. DXRAW 21:01, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
If you actually looked at the website, you would know that it is nothing like WP: not anybody can edit it, only 1 or 2 editors, and all submissions are checked by said editor before they are put on the page, if indeed they are accurate enought to be. Also, please don't add spam to my talk page, it's clearly not my website and so that template is nothing but inappropriate. HamishMacBeth 22:22, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
You are incorrect i have seen the site, How do you know so much about the site? Are you the owner or a sockpuppet. So please dont add unreliable sources. DXRAW 22:28, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Please give it up, if you have seen the site, you wouldn't have posted the wholly incorrect above post comparing it to Wikipedia, and you wouldn't continue this petty grudge. As you asked, I have no affiliation with the site other than I've been on it and used it as a vaild reference for heights. HamishMacBeth 00:07, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

As i have pointed out above, I have seen the site. Have you read WP:RS? No source given, another no source, Very reliable source here Why dont you please give up including non reliable sources. DXRAW 00:23, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

None of those are relevant. Used on the article; Sourced, Sourced, Sourced, Sourced. It became boring a while ago, and you've been blocked for it now, so lets call an end to it. HamishMacBeth 12:57, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
Yes they are it shows that the website should not be used. Cause is not a reliable source, Inless you want to check every single person listed on WP. DXRAW 23:02, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
How long are you going to persist with this? I just gave you some of the ones used on the List of famous tall men, which let's not forget, is what you said you have a problem with in the first place. They all worked. You gave me some links which you'll find nowhere on Wikipedia, because of the obvious reason that there's no proof. Please find me a link you've found on WP where it links to a celebheights page without proof, and we'll discuss this further. Until then you're fighting a losing battle, in that you simply have no argument. HamishMacBeth 23:16, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
As long as it takes to rid WP of unreliable sources, Have you read WP:RS The links i gave you show what the site is mostly gusses.

Q: What about the sightings on the site. Are they reliable? A: I've added a lot of sightings from other sites which have nothing to do with height, be it on a fan forum or newsgroup. A lot of the sightings submitted by visitors to the site are, to say the least, to be taken with a large pinch of salt.

DXRAW 23:26, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

But, as I've just said, find me one where a sighting is used as a source. I have read WP:RS, and that's why ALL the links I've added to any article have included primary sources, e.g. quotes, interviews, transcripts etc. HamishMacBeth 23:39, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
Inless that site removes the unsourced heights or cites every single height then its not a WP:RS. DXRAW 01:49, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for agreeing with me. I've been having severe problems with this user for about a month. Glad to see someone actually knows whats right on this encyclopedia. Thanks. --Mikedk9109 23:02, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

WP:FUC. Read it, learn it, learn to love it. It's the best thing going today. Wooooo! - Chadbryant 00:51, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

The only "disruption" I see is from a few inexperienced editors violating WP:FUC to include excessive uses of fair-use images in wrestling biographies. - Chadbryant 02:00, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
Might i suggest you grab a dictonary and read the definition of excessive. DXRAW 04:31, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

i just want to say thanks for sticking by edits that have been reverted by a certain user, i'm trying to stick by the edits on the pages his editting that i'm frequent on his makign needless edits. I'm getting fed up of this user going around making the rules when they have no right to and expecting everyone to go by his edits. When he wasn't on for a few days it was alot peaceful here. Lil crazy thing 06:59, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

No problem at all, I read the 3RR and agree with everything you said. DXRAW 11:52, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: WP:BEANS

There's generally no need to cite stuff in Wikipedia: space, save for when the documents claim external facts. That page is just generally good advice, couched in the kind of amusing little story that a grandfather might use to educate their grandchildren. Not having a citation, where probably one does not exist, does not indicate plagiarism! -Splash - tk 12:45, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Do not edit my user page

This is a direct order, not a polite request. I no longer edit any pro wrestling articles, so you have no legitimate reason to attempt interaction with me by reverting any of my edits. I will not hesitate to report you for harassment and/or vandalism if you continue to engage in this behaviour, which you obviously have a history of doing. - Chadbryant 07:23, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Chad was told several times to remove this information from his user page. I suggest you get an admin to deal with it. TruthCrusader 08:11, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] CPR

Since people take oxygen from the air when they breathe and then exhale carbon dioxide, how does blowing carbon dioxide into a person provide them with oxygen? If anyone could explain that I'd appreciate it.DXRAW 08:28, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

Yes, when you do CPR you yourself are not "holding your breath" and the O2 depletion of the air you breath out is minimal. Atmospheric air contains 20% oxygen and the air you breath out during CPR contains at least 17-18% so it is breathable air. I will refrain from giving the pig-feeding analogy in the interest of good taste.--Justanother 15:08, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
