DWB is an abbreviation for:

• Deep Water Blackout, a loss of consciousness on ascent from a deep breath-hold dive.

• Documenter's WorkBench, a term used by the Unix System Laboratories for their troff family of computer program for document processing.

• Doctor Who Bulletin, a popular 1980s fanzine dedicated to the television series Doctor Who. It later became Dreamwatch Bulletin and is currently Dreamwatch.

• Driving While Brown/Black, the ironic name given to a nonexistent 'crime' in the UK and US because drivers of the British Afro-Caribbean community and African-American community are more likely to be stopped than Caucasian drivers.

• Doctors Without Borders, the name of Médecins Sans Frontières in the United States.
