[edit] Plot synopsis
Bester returns to Babylon 5 to track down a dealer of dust, an illegal psychotropic drug that can be used as a weapon.
[edit] Arc significance
The Narn leader G'Kar uses Dust to telepathically assault Ambassador Mollari and learn what his role was in the war. During this time G'Kar has a revealation when the Vorlon Ambassador Kosh connects with him.
G'Kar is sentenced to sixty days in prison for his assault on Mollari. During this time he begins writing the Book of G'Kar, which would eventually become one of Narn's most holy books.

A flashback shows how Londo Mollari was first assigned to Babylon 5. The red coat he wears here would reappear in Babylon 5: In the Beginning.
