Just a quick note to say that the presence of the "Edit this" link in the template makes a real mess of the Printable version of the article.

[edit] Hunters + Sandworms

I'm taking out the two new "Dune 7" books by BH and KJA. Since the template says "by Frank Herbert", these two shouldn't be in there. Maybe they could be included somehow with text and/or formatting to somehow set them apart from the others?

I think they should not be added into template at all. Just because BH + KJA want to sell more of their products doesn't extend the original serie. Pavel Vozenilek 22:00, 26 May 2005 (UTC)
There should probably be a template that includes this template, sort of a "complete" Dune series, but no, I agree that the BH and KJA books should be kept out of this one. astiqueparervoir 20:17, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hunters & Sandworms (2)

If the titles of the two upcoming sequels are to be added, the name of the two authors should be as well.

[edit] Dune 7 again

I think we should go all or nothing with the extended series. I'm for keeping this template to the original 6, and having a larger one (which I created at Template:Extended Dune series) with all 14. If nothing else, this larger one is really needed on the prequel book articles. Please beautify the new one- it's not too pretty. Staecker 18:41, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

No objections here. I merely made the earlier change (addition of names) to avoid a revert war. SandChigger 19:12, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
