Dunham Massey is a civil parish in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. The parish is outside the Manchester conurbation and includes the villages of Sinderland Green, Dunham Woodhouse and Dunham Town. It is the site of Dunham Massey House.

According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 475.
