Dumb Blondes were a band featuring current Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen.

The band was made up of singer Jeff Hepting, guitarist Phil Collen, bassist Pete Webb, and drummer Fred Ball. Jeff Hepting, Phil Collen, and Fred Ball had previously played together in the band Tush.

After Dumb Blondes, Phil Collen went on to the band Girl.
