[edit] Underground Alien Base
In some conspiracy theories, Dulce is presented as the home to a joint-US/Alien secret underground base, said to be located near Archuleta Mesa. This is a surprising theory, considering the presumed inefficacy of placing a secret base so close to a town -- which itself is in a part of New Mexico that is not especially remote.
