[edit] Wealthiest cities in Ohio
Discussion page huh? Does that mean I can ask what the wealthiest cities in Ohio are, and someone might actually have an answer??? I was just wondering since, after driving around Dublin, it would seem to be a very wealthy city. If anyone has any stats on the wealth of cities in Ohio, feel free to post!
- See Ohio locations by per capita income. Dublin is ranked 27th in Ohio by per capita income (among all municipalities, not just cities), and fifth amongst Columbus suburbs (after New Albany, Riverlea, Powell, and Upper Arlington). Among cities, Dublin would appear to be 8th in Ohio (after Indian Hill, Pepper Pike, Powell, Montgomery, Upper Arlington, Oakwood, and Shaker Heights). I don't have stats on total wealth, but as Upper Arlington has both greater population and per capita income, it seems likely that this city, at least, is "wealthier" than Dublin.
- The greatest per capita income in Ohio can be found in Hunting Valley, a suburb east of Cleveland. Many of the Cleveland suburbs along Interstate 271 have greater per capita incomes than the Columbus suburbs along Interstate 270... proof that old money beats new money. ;-) -- SwissCelt 04:57, 17 October 2005 (UTC)
"Swiss Celt" is absolutely correct...Having grown up in the Chagrin River Valley (Pepper Pike, Chagrin Falls, Gates Mills, Hunting Valley) and currently living in Dublin, without question the southeastern suburbs of Greater Cleveland are considerably more affluent than anywhere else in Ohio...(Al)

I removed the athletics section. This is not appropriate for the city page. If someone wants to put this information on an individual page about the particular High School, they should feel free. Analoguekid 19:51, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
