The airline was officially launched on 15 December 2004 by a Croatian shipping company called Atlantska Plovidba. It started operations in 2005.

Registrations: 9A-CDA "Revelin", 9A-CDB "Lovrjenac", 9A-CDC "Minčeta", 9A-CDD "Bokar" and 9A-CDE "Sveti Ivan").
