The Dublin Senior Football Club Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the Evening Herald Dublin Senior Football Club Championship) is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Dublin Clubs. The winners of the Dublin Championship qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship. The 2005 Dublin County Champions are Kilmacud Crokes who became champions with a win over Na Fianna. The final score was Kilmacud Crokes 1-14 Na Fianna 0-9. Kilmacud were also the 2004 Dublin Champions. UCD won the 2006 championship by beating St Vincents with a last minute point by S Lennon, the game finished on a scoreline of 0-10 to 0-09.

The Dublin senior football championship has received a dramatic revamp for 2006. A backdoor system has been introduced and the new system will be on a two-year trial.

The new system will only involve the senior football championship.
