Dušan Kerkez (born May 1, 1976) is Bosnian football player.

Currently, Kerkez is part of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team. On the club level, Kerkez plays for NK Rijeka since 2006. Prior to this, Kerkez has played for NK Zrinjski Mostar and FK Leotar in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
