[edit] bedford, penn article

http://www.pa-roots.com/~bedford/history/colonial.html In 1769, 16 colonials were being held in the fort for crimes against the crown. They were to be transported to Carlisle to stand trial. Captain John Smith, a colonel agitator, and his men advanced up Juniata Valley during the night. They used black paint to avoid detection, and were therefore known as the Black Boys. At dawn they surprised the British, captured the fort, and freed all the prisoners. News of this capture spread throughout the colonies and showed that the British were not invincible, and could be overtaken. Many believe that this helped encourage the colonists several years later to challenge British authority. I also have other refs. if you want - Keller026

Hello,

Thank you for your stub submission. You may wish to note that it is preferable to use a stub template from Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Stub types instead of using simply {{stub}}, if you can.

Thanks! --Vox Causa 23:11, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Knuckle death clan

It is, however, clearly a non-notable group. Fan-1967 23:14, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, my bad. I clicked on the wrong name in the history. I left the warning on the original creator's page. Fan-1967 23:18, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
