I would advise you to set this aside and not even try to pursue it. You may request deletion of the page.
The usual rough criteria for adminship that almost everyone observes is a minimum of several months of active editing on Wikipedia and at least 4,000 edits. You have a few dozen. Nobody will even consider you for administration at this time.
Please continue to participate in Wikipedia and, if in several months you feel this is something you want to pursue, bring it up then. Fan-1967 23:17, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
