The Drexel University College of Law is one of the colleges of Drexel University serving both undergraduate and graduate students.

In 2005 Drexel announced that it would be opening a law school offering undergraduate and graduate law programs. Drexel hired Jennifer Rosato as the dean of the college and included The Honorable Edmund V. Ludwig among its faculty. The first class was admitted to start classes in August 2006.

The law school building is currently under construction and slated to open in the winter term of 2006. It will be eligible for American Bar Association accreditation in 2008.
