[edit] Plot

To prepare to defend himself in court, Drew attempts to study legal books, and gets advice from several lawyers by quizzing them over the phone. He decides to sign his car and house over to Kate and Lewis so they can't be seized if he loses the sexual harassment suit. The judge does not appreciate Drew's attempts to flatter her and tell jokes in the courtroom. Kate isn't much help to the proceedings of the court either. Nora ends up crying while on the stand while talking about the offensive cartoon. An angry co-worker, frustrated that the store has prevented employees from displaying any personal items in their cubicles, harasses Drew at the Warsaw. Drew ends up punching him out and gets arrested. Drew has to defend himself in handcuffs for the final ruling in the court case. The judge agrees that Nora was forced to look at sexually explicit material, she rules that the matter is trivial and did not create a hostile workplace. Drew gets off free and workers at the store are allowed to keep their personal items up in their cubicles.

[edit] Quotes

(Drew and Mimi are circling each other preparing to fight)
Drew: Hold on. I need to call the Nature Channel so I can get this on tape.

Drew: Ms. Bobeck, will you please tell the court what you told me out in the hall? And remember, there were witnesses! (gestures to Kate, Oswald, and Lewis who all wave at Mimi)
Mimi: I said I think you're a disgusting pig and I hate your guts with an all-consuming passion.
Drew: After that.
Mimi: I'd do whatever it took to get you put away.
Drew: After that.
Mimi: You four-eyed butt weasel.

Drew: How did I harass Nora by putting up that cartoon? Define sexual harassment for me!
Lewis: According to this, sexual harassment is any unwelcome touching or advance.
Drew: That's every sexual advance I make!

Drew: Here's a joke that won't offend anybody: a person and a person walk into a place. There, that's it.

Drew: (making closing argument) That guy at Tiananmen Square wasn't trying to stop a tank; he was trying to tell a funny knock-knock joke. 'Knock Knock. Who's there? A big-ass tank.' Lighten up, people!
