Drew Talbot (born July 19, 1986 in Barnsley, South Yorkshire) is an English footballer. He is a striker who made his debut for Sheffield Wednesday in 2004/2005.
Originally on the books of Barnsley F.C. he drifted out of soccer after injury but came back with Wednesday's academy in 2003/2004. Often coming off the substitutes bench he scored goals in Wednesday's 2004/2005 promotion season including one at Cardiff in the League One play off final.
The following season proved a disappointment for Drew as a back injury ruled him out. After his impressive first full season at Hillsborough, he was not to play again until September 2006, where he made a substitute appearance against Derby County in a 2-1 home defeat.
