[edit] Plot

Winfred-Louder's attorneys (special guest stars Penn and Teller) attempt to get Drew to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit and sign a waiver declaring Winfred-Louder had no responsibility for Drew's actions of putting up an offensive cartoon. He refuses to sign the waiver, and decides that he will find his own lawyer. Drew is able to persuade Kate after much determination to get her to call her obnoxious ex-boyfriend to represent Drew for a discounted cost. Kate finally agrees to go out with the lawyer, but ends the date after he licks her neck. Drew cannot afford any other lawyer, and is even turned down by legal aid because he earns too much money. Since Drew will not sign the waiver, the store workmen put up tarps over Drew's cubicle to prevent people from seeing the cartoon. When the Winfred-Louder attorneys again ask him to settle out of court, Drew announces that he will represent himself in court since he cannot find a lawyer. After seeing Drew's lecherous neighbor, Peaches, Oswald develops a crush on her. They go out on a date, but Peaches decides to dump Oswald because she likes Drew more. She leaves a note to Oswald with Drew, who instead of giving Oswald the note tells Oswald that he is jealous and requests that he stop seeing Peaches as a favor to him. At the conclusion of the episode, Drew poses as Peaches' psychic to stop her from lusting after him. However, Kate accidentally spoils Drew's scheme and Peaches figures out that she is talking to Drew, not her psychic.
