Well received by critics and fans the album can be described as two mini-albums one with new unreleased English tracks and the other into Selenas most current and memorable hits like Amor Prohibido, Como La Flor and Bidi Bidi Bom Bom. Dreaming of you solidified Selena an artist around the world proclaimed by Billboard Magazine as the Artist of the Decade. Selena's legacy can easly be described like those of legends Elvis, John Lennon and Kurt Cobain without the controversary with continuous album sales and commercial hit even in death.
