I welcome you all to my userpage on Wikipedia. I'm honoured that you have taken the effort to pay a visit to this page and I hope your visit gives you a better idea of me as a person and my goals in this project.

My name is Dennis Dikkerboom and since november 2003 I'm a user of the Wikipedia. I started with the Dutch Wiki and within a month I learned of the existence of the Frisian Wikipedia, or as I like the call it: the Fryske Wikipedy. Most of my contributions or on those two wiki's. In september of 2005 I became the ambassador of the Frisian Wikipedia and I'm proud the represent our small, but active community.

My nickname (Dr. Breznjev) is derived from the Sovietleader Leonid Brezhnev. Together with my first steps in the wild world of Internet I took this nickname and used it since then. I'm still very fond of it and if you'll come it across anywhere else, it probably is me.
