Dragons Breath
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dragons Breath is a regional cheese from the Nova Scotia, Canada. Although it is considered to be an individual cheese, it is in fact a variation of Brie cheese. It's name is derived from the incorporation of garlic and white pepper. Dragons Breath is rarely eaten by itself, and most commonly found in dips and sauces for various foods, such as potato chips. Dragons breath maintains the creamy and soft texture of the Brie cheese, yet its added spice enhances the cheese and allows it to become extremely tart and spicy.
