Clean up intro and perhaps integrate that into a "Geography of Downtown Louisville" section or something Cover Fourth Street's important history including the failed River City Mall project Improve "future plans" particularly with better coverage of the arena Add more specific demographics information (which has probably changed substantially since 2000 - maybe get more recent estimates) Convert lists into prose.
