Downtown Crossing Station of the MBTA, located at the corner of Washington Street and Summer Street and the corner of Chauncey Street and Summer Street in Boston, is the main transfer point between the Orange Line and the Red Line. It is named after Downtown Crossing, the shopping area above the station. It had formerly been known as Washington on the Red Line and Summer and Winter or Washington Under on the Orange Line, for the streets above ground.

[edit] Facilities

Downtown Crossing Station is wheelchair accessible. See MBTA accessibility.
