Down the Hatch/Road Rash was the fourth episode of the second season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.

In this story, Spunky swallows a vitamin and Rocko tries to save him from exploding within fourteen minutes. Meanwhile, our pals Bloaty and Squirmy think the vitamin is a valuable statue and fight over ownership.

[edit] Road Rash

In this story, Rocko and Heffer go on a road trip to see Flem Rock before it is bulldozed, making way for a Chokey Chicken parking lot, and experience problems along the way.

An entire scene has been cut from Road Rash. In which , basically, Rocko and Heffer stop at a seedy motel advertising "hourly rates" and ask the oriental-horse desk clerk for a room.

The following is the Dialoge in this scene:

Desk Clerk: Sorry, we full-up.
Won't have  room for 
[He glances at his watch] 
another twenty minutes.
You wait? 
[A buzzer gets his attention.]
Oh, we have premature departure.
You can have room now.  
How long you want?
Rocko: Just 'til tomorrow.
Desk Clerk: [Admiringly] All night? [whistles] Wheeeooo!  Okay.
