Down With Disease is a Phish song that appeared on their album Hoist. The song depicts a bout with infectious mononucleosis suffered by Phish lyricist Tom Marshall. A video for the song is the sole clip produced by the band in its 21-year career. It appeared a few times on MTV, including an abbreviated version on Beavis and Butt-head.

"Down With Disease" was first played live April 4, 1994. Its final concert appearance was August 15, 2004.
