Down is a 2001 thriller starring James Marshall and Naomi Watts.

The film focuses on an express elevator in a famous New York City building that starts to malfunction. An elevator mechanic (Marshall) inspects the elevator along with tabloid reporter Jennifer Evans (Watts) and discovers that the elevator has a mind of its own.
