[edit] Welcome to my user page
Wikipedia is one of my favourite sites. I became an editor/user in June 2006. I'm an Englishman, and my speciality where editing is concerned is politically related articles. One of the things I first noticed is that Wikipedia seemed to have extensive information about virtually every American Congressman or vice-presidential nominee etc who has existed since the 18th Century, but not on British Members of Parliament (MPs) prior to the 1997 general election. I am working, with both my knowledge on the subject and various sources, to help to fill this gap - and now think there is an article for every British MP who has been elected since 1970. Please alert me if you notice an exception!
But I do look at other subjects such as the world's oldest person and films, and will edit something if I feel it's appropriate. I have created categories in the past but they keep getting deleted or nominated for deletion - I have therefore decided to give up on them and focus on articles from now on. I welcome with open arms the polite, constructive comments from other users about how to improve my articles and contributions. Please note that I normally reply to such feedback on my user page.
