Dougie is a character in the animated series South Park. He is voiced by Matt Stone.

Dougie is a second grader, he was a first grader in his first appearance, but since then the boys moved from third to fourth grade, making Dougie older. He is a ginger with freckles. Despite this he did not appear in the episode Ginger Kids.

Dougie, in this episode is one of the "melvins" alongside Butters and Pip. Stan is forced to stay in Mr. Mackey's cellar with them at his meteor shower party. Stan, Butters, Pip and Dougie manage to stop a huge attack from the ATF after the party is thought to be a mass-suicide. Stan realises he shouldn't have called the boys melvins but later calls them that when Kyle returns from Jew Scouts.

In Professor Chaos Dougie is one of the people not picked to be Kenny's replacement after Butters is fired. He spots Butters changing into his new found alter-ego Professor Chaos. Deciding that he is an outcast like Butters, he joins Butters and becomes General Disarray. Their plot of flooding the world fails and destroying the ozone layer with aerosel cans also fails.

Dougie is revealed to be a huge fan of The Simpsons in Simpsons Already Did It. While Butters (as Professor Chaos) and Dougie (as General Dissaray) plot for a new plan, Dougie points out the Simpsons have done all his schemes before. Butters has a nervous breakdown and hallucinates that everything looks like the Simpsons. Eventually Butters finds out he shouldn't be upset as the Simpsons have already done just about everything.

For a few seasons Dougie was not heard or mentioned. He was only seen in a cameo in Woodland Critter Christmas. Also, despite being ginger he did not appear in Ginger Kids. For the second half of season ten, Dougie returned in the episode Go God Go in role as General Dissaray along with Butters who was Professor Chaos.

In this season ten two-part story Butters and Dougie are in role as their alter-egos when the police ask Butters if he has seen Cartman. Dougie then informs Butters of the lethalness of freezing yourself, leading to Butters running off to the mountain to save Cartman, seen only to discover there had been an avalanche, and Cartman couldn't be found.

Dougie has seen every episode of The Simpsons according to Simpsons Already Did It. It should be noted that this was a 2002 episode though.
In his first appearance he states he wants to be a news reporter when he is older.
