Doug Lawrence (born Douglas Osowski) or simply Mr. Lawrence is the voice of evil and power hungry Plankton, Larry the Lobster, the fish head (named simply, Mr. Fish), and various other characters from the children's TV series SpongeBob SquarePants and the voice of noted tattletale Edward T. Platypus on Camp Lazlo. Previously, he was voice of Philbert Robert Norbert Wilbert Turtle III in Rocko's Modern Life. He is also a standup comedian, cartoonist, writer-director, animator and producer on the television series Johnny Talk. He also worked on The Ren and Stimpy Show in its second season.
