Doug's Chubby Buddy is the third episode in the second season of Disney's animated television series Doug.

Patti and some of her friends, see a spot on TV about the dangers of fat. Patti soon becomes so concerned with her body image and the fear of getting fat, that she stops eating, which leads to dangerous concquences.

This episode deals with anorexia nervosa, and originally, there was also contact information for a mental health hotline at the end of the episode, before it was edited.
