Double Fine Action Comics (DFAC) is a webcomics collective supported by Double Fine Productions. Each comic varies in style and tone, but they all reflect the eclectic humor found in the game Psychonauts. There are currently five comics; only two of them are named.
- The comics of Scott Campbell[1] feature Two-Headed Baby (from the Double Fine logo),[2] a strongman,[3] and a knight[4] as they go on adventures throughout the universe. Many characters such as a mummy,[5] a frogman, and two spacemen named Captain and Thomas[6] have also appeared along the way.
- Razmig Mavlian produces two comics. The first, Epic Saga,[7] is done in the style of an adventure game similar to King's Quest or The Secret of Monkey Island. Mavlian's other comic, Happy Funnies,[8] is a dialogue-free strip featuring smiling characters in absurd situations.
- Nathan Stapley[9] draws a pseudo-biographical comic that juxtaposes comics about his hair or clothing with adventure stories involving him and such characters as Indiana Jones[10], Chewbacca[11] from Star Wars, or O-Ren Ishii[12] from the Kill Bill films.
- Finally, Mark Hamer[13] paints realistic pictures that resemble Polaroid photographs. Each feature a joke about the picture at the bottom of the photograph.
