Dorset Drum

Dorset Drum is a small farmhouse cheddar made in Dorset, England. The cheese is a of a medium-strong flavour and the clothbound truckle is usually matured for between 6 and 9 months. They vary in size from 400g to 2kg but are always cylandrical in shape.
The cheese is produced by the Denhay Dairy in Dorset.
