Dori Duz is a character in Joseph Heller's classic novel Catch-22.

She is a friend of Mrs. Scheisskopf and will take off her WAC uniform for any soldier who asks, humiliating men in bed with her sexual prowess and her superior sexual ability. Yossarian has only slept with her once, but wishes he could do so again. He never gets another opportunity to do so, as she found him only "fair.".

Heller makes a joke with her name, as he does with many other characters (e.g. Lieutenant Scheisskopf, A. Fortiori, Major Major).
