I have been in architecture and real estate many years and i have never heard of this unit of measurement. Where is it used? Please provide references.

The measures are correct. A donum is 1338 sqaure meters. I know that it is the primary unit for measuring land in Cyprus, and I have also heard that it is used in Israel as well.
