Talk:Dong Nai Province

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I've moved this back to the unaccented form, for two reasons. Firstly, there's the "most common name rule" - Vietnamese provinces are generally known in English without their accents. Secondly, there's the fact that we can't actually do it properly - some provinces can be put at their proper names, but others, due to software limitations, can't. This province is an example of one that can't be put at its proper place - the accents don't work with the software, producing "Äồng" instead of the correctly accented name. I personally think it's better to have no accents than to have half the provinces named with accents and half the provinces without. Just my opinion. -- Vardion 23:56, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Oops... Should merge with "Dong Nai"

I just added a redundant article under Dong Nai. I'm tired, so I will try to fix this tomorrow. --Ryanaxp 09:00, Nov 27, 2004 (UTC)
