Still frame from the animated commercial "The Spirit of '43" (1943). Made for the US Treasury Department in an effort to get people to pay their income taxes to promote the war effort. The film has fallen into the public domain, as its copyright has expired. It's available at many unlicensed videotapes and DVDs.
