Donnie Spragan (born July 12, 1976 in Oakland, California) is an American football linebacker for the Miami Dolphins of the NFL. He played college football for Stanford University.

Spragan attended Logan High School in Union City, California, where he lettered in football, basketball, and baseball. In football, he won All-League honors at both quarterback and linebacker.
