Valentine's Day – Everyone finds out about Donna's "granny panties" after Eric pulls her pants down during a game of basketball. Eric is sorry, and Donna tells him to forget about it. Fez prepares for a date with Caroline. Kelso is shocked to find out that Laurie is cheating on him with another guy. Eric gets Donna panties as a Valentine's Day gift. Donna doesn't know why Eric doesn't understand that everything is not all right. Jackie wants to make fun of Kelso, because the tables have turned on him - now he knows what it is like to be cheated on. Red talks to Eric. On their first date, Fez realizes Caroline is serious when she means he will kill him if he ever leaves her. Donna forgives Eric, but that doesn't stop her from getting her revenge on him.
