Dongyang Technical College is an industrial technical college in Seoul, South Korea. Its campus is situated in the city's Guro-gu district. The current president is Han In-seung (한인승). More than 105 instructors are employed.

Academics focus on industrial fields, such as applied chemistry and system automation. As a technical college, Dongyang offers programs that are 2 to 3 years in length.

The college opened in 1965 as 동양공업고등전문학교 (Dongyang Advanced Industrial Technical School).
