Donald K. Burleson

Donald K. Burleson is a leading database author and consultant.
Born in 1956, Burleson has an MBA from the University of New Mexico and has written 35 books on database management, specializing on Oracle databases. Burleson is a popular lecturer on database technology and manages an Oracle Remote DBA company, Burleson Consulting.
A former Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico and Professor Emeritus with Webster University, Burleson has written 35 books, published more than 100 articles in National Magazines, and serves as Series Editor for Rampant TechPress.
Donald Burleson is a frequent speaker at Oracle OpenWorld and authored five official books for Oracle Press.
Burleson also has a Bachelors Degree in Experimental Psychology and works with the Guide Horse Foundation, an experimental program to train horses as an alternative to guide dogs for the blind. Burleson lives in North Carolina with his wife, Janet Burleson.
