Don Stewart (preacher)

Don Stewart is a preacher who appears on the Word network and on other channels as an infomercial. His ministry is based around the practice of giving out prosperity prayer handkerchiefs to people which will supposedly heal all of their financial and health problems. While the handerchiefs are free, instructions that come with them tell the user to donate money to him in order for it to work. His television series primarily consists of shots of his faith healing services and scenes of him explaining how the handkerchiefs work(It is related to New Testament passages). He also claims to "heal" people through the television(He claims to sense their problems through the Holy Spirit).

For these practices he has rightly gained criticism from both Christian and secular skeptics.
