Don Saleski

Don "Big Bird" Saleski'(Born November 10th 1949 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.)is a retired ice hockey player who played in the NHL between 1971 and 1980. He is 6'3 and weighs 205 Lbs. He shoots right.

Saleski was drafted in the 6th round 64th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1969 NHL amateur draft. He played in 543 career NHL games scorring 128 goals and 125 assists for 253 career points. Some people may have called him a goon beacuase of his 629 career penalty minutes, but he was also a very quik and skilled player. He played the bulk of his career (8 season's) with the Philadelphia Flyers. He played the final two season's of his career with the Colorado Rockies. Saleski was a member of both the Flyers Stanley Cup winning teams.

After hockey Saleski got involved with business. He worked for a couple different business companies before starting his own company, Business Edge Development. His company help's other organizations in improving and sustaining profitable growth by improving front line staff and managers.
