Don Park Inc., a North York, Ontario company is an operating company of TerraVest Income Fund (TSX: TI.UN). It is one of Canada's largest sheet metal manufacturers offering residential and commercial air distribution products in conjunction with gas venting systems and chimney liner components.

Don Park sells its own products and those made by other manufacturers to customers looking for heating and air conditioning products. Established in 1972, Don Park is now one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of sheet metal and venting products to the HVAC industry in Canada.
It has five manufacturing facilities in Ontario, three in Toronto, one each in Gravenhurst, Ontario and Atlanta, Georgia. It employs more than 400 people and its products are distributed within Canada and the United States through a variety of contractor direct wholesale operations, as well as through other wholesalers and retailers.
