Dominique Maurice Chatier Welsh (born 1987, Toronto) is Canadian pairs figure skating who currently competes on the junior level. He competes with partner Theresa Mailing. The couple won the bronze medal at the 2005 ISU Junior Grand Prix Championships in Slovakia, and won the silver medal at the 2005 Canadian Junior Championships.

Welsh graduated from Northview Heights Secondary School, and was part of the AGPA program. He is currently attending the University of Western Ontario.
