Dominic Richards

Dominic Richards (b. on March 23, 1966 in Canterbury, England) is an entrepreneur and property developer with dual British and Australian citizenship.

Richards’ achievements include: reading theology at Cambridge University, acting as chairperson of the Lesbian and Gay Christian Movement, acting as a trustee of Prince of Wales' architectural foundation, and founding The English Teddy Bear Company and Queercompany.com.

More recently, Richards has been involved in residential developments including the conversion of the Old Maynards Sweet Factory in Hove and the sensitive restoration of a 16th century country house, which is now a successful wedding and corporate venue and private home.

He now lives with his partner James Hudson at their home Yaxley Hall, in Suffolk, England.
