Dominators

In the DC Universe, the Dominators are a fictional alien race. They are highly technologically advanced, and live in a rigid hierarchical society, in which one's caste is determined by the size of a red circle on one's forehead. They were initially introduced as villains in the Legion of Super-Heroes (in which they came to play a substantial role), but were eventually ported to the 20th century in the company-wide crossover "Invasion!"
