Dombarovskiy is an ICBM-base at 51°0' N. and 58°0' E. in Orenburg Oblast, Russia. On December 22nd, 2004, the Russian army conducted from the base a test launch of an R-36M2 to the Kamchatka Peninsula [1]. There are rumours[citation needed] that Dombarovskiy may be transformed in a regular rocket launch site.
