[edit] 2006 Arrest
Why was my reference to him being arrested get removed? It's all over MSNBC right now! I'm putting it back. Leave it alone.
- Maybe because the article is about Dog the Bounty Hunter TV Show and not Duane Chapman himself? 70.167.19.131 00:09, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- I think it's relevant. Especially considering that the end-result of these litigations could result in the end of the "Dog the bounty hunter" television series. -Emhilradim 06:52, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- I think the arrest is irrelevant here. The end of the show as a result is speculation at this point. --anonymous6494 07:08, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- How is it irrevevant if the entire day was chronicled by the show's camera crew?

[edit] Legality of Extradition
Since when does the U.S. work so closely with the Mexican government in order to put one of its own citizens in a Mexican prison?
The US has an extradition treaty with Mexico. That means that, for example, if someone commits murder in the US and goes to Mexico to hide, the Mexican authorities pledge to try to arrest them and return them to the US. Similarly, if someone commits a crime in Mexico and tries to hide in the US, the US is bound to try to extradite them to Mexico. 152.23.91.160 18:24, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

- The US has extradition treaties with over 100 countries including Mexico as seen here.
[edit] More information needed!
The show has been on for nearly 3 years. There needs to be more information than just Dog getting arrested.
[edit] Death of Dog's Daughter
Someone removed my comment about Dog's daughter dying. It actually happened, it's relevant, there's no cite because it's not listed :on the A&E website, but anyone who watched the episode would know that it happened, so why was it removed?--72.141.64.79 16:43, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Marriage Status of Beth and Duane
Actually, Chapman is not married to Beth; she is his fiancee who has been with him for the past twelve years. Today's (11/27/05) Star-Bulletin has a front page story about their planned wedding in May.
- They married this year. Disinclination 02:24, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Watch out for vandalism
This page is susceptable to vandalism, I just fixed one that said "BTW Mexico licks donkey nuts" or something very close to that, keep an eye on it.
- I concur. I have removed unsourced and defamatory information IAW WP:BLP and WP:V policies. As a reminder to contributors, the talk page must also be properly sourced IAW the Biography of Living Persons policy when you are talking about a living person.
