The three-judge district court panel in this case was convened under a law, since repealed, which mandated this procedure when the constitutionality of a state statute was challeged and the complainants sought injunctive relief against its enforcement. Has it ever been revealed who "Mary Doe" really is?24.60.124.8 21:40, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Her name is Sandra Cano. She is currently suing to have Doe v Bolton overturned on the grounds that her ACLU attorney committed fraud in the case and pressured her to have an abortion.[1] TMLutas 21:45, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
